The Technical Manager will manage and lead a team of DevOps, back-end and full-stack engineers and application system administrators in the development and maintenance of digital service offerings. As part of a lean team, they will also be able to contribute to special projects and provide periodic code reviews. The Technical Manager will work closely with the NYCO teams to deliver human-centered, data-driven digital services that are continuously improved and updated to meet the needs of all users and City stakeholders. The Technical Manager oversees resourcing needs and technology supports while also bringing new technologies and tools to bear on priority anti-poverty initiatives.

Master's degree in information systems, technology, or equivalent preferred with 7-10 years of experience in digital services and technology innovation.

The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications.
