As part of the Strategy and Operations Team, the Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative support for contracting and procurement, human capital management, and strategic coordination for NYC Opportunity initiatives and teams. This position will provide support, develop expertise, and have ownership of various office-wide systems (such new hire onboarding, agency fiscal reporting, professional development). This position will coordinate with the Human Resources Administration (NYC Opportunity’s fiscal agent), Mayor’s Office human resources and fiscal teams, and other agencies.
The position will report to the Deputy Director of Strategy & Operations, but will also support and work closely with the Director of Administration & Finance and Director of Programs & Evaluation.

Bachelor’s degree + at least 4 years of relevant work experience.
This is a permanent, full-time position offering competitive salary and benefits. The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications.
